Detrunorm XL is a Modified Release Capsule (do not chew or swallow) and is indicated in adults for treatment of urinary incontinence symptoms and in patients with an overactive bladder. Detrunorm XL increases the ability of the bladder to hold more urine and prevents it from contracting. Detrunorm XL is taken only once daily.
